1. How much will it cost me?

 

Program costs are determined according to the nature of the particular program that is developed.

 

2. What does a typical class include?

 

Depending on your needs, the yoga and meditation program structure normally includes a series of yoga classes running for eight to ten weeks. Ongoing or one-off classes are also possible as well as one on one private sessions. These classes may include yoga, meditation or a combination of both.

 

3. What do we need to conduct a yoga program at work? 

 

Your office is the perfect place for a one on one yoga and meditation class. For onsite group yoga classes all you need is to provide a space in which to conduct the class. It could be any of the following:

 

  • Cafeteria

  • Gymnasium

  • Conference room

  • Classroom

  • Empty office

 

Sample Special Programs:

 

Yoga Wellness for Mind and Body includes ten yoga, meditation, and nutrition classes, covering topics such as stress reduction, yoga for the computer user, healthy snacking, and more. Participants learn breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and easy stretches that can be done at work and at home to reduce stress and improve health and productivity.

 

Yoga for Stress Relief includes one two-hour class that examines the causes of stress, its symptoms and its impact on their physical and mental well-being. Employees will learn specific yoga and meditation techniques that relieve stress, and that are simple enough to practice at the office, at home, and even while driving.
